Be myself I will be
Because I'd rather be
Myself, you see,
Than someone else
Because that's not me
How can people see
Who I am
If I'm not me?
There's no one I'd rather be,
Nothing I'd rather see,
Than me.
To be truly me,
It'll take effort, you see,
Because society
Isn't kind to you or me.
But we're better than that,
Trust me.
We can rise above,
You and me,
And yourself you will be,
Just as I will be
No one but me.

I can rhyme! Like three words over and over. Anyway, people have been telling me to be myself because I'm practically being forced to make new friends since I'm not with any of mine in high school now. So I said I will be me!
