Literature Text

The day was quickly approaching. The day that we, Timpani and I, were going to run away. I was going through my things one last time when I found a book. It was the Dark Prognosticus. I remember when I was a small child that Father warned me never to open the book. Why he hid it in my room, I still don't know. I put the book back where I found it and started heading out for Timpani's house.
   She wasn't there.
I searched everywhere I could think of, calling her name. Then, almost giving up, I saw a piece of paper floating through the breeze. I chased it, and when I caught it, I realized it was a note from Timpani.
It said, "Blumiere, my time is short. Your father is comming for me. I know that he won't let me off with a warning this time. I'm so sorry. Please remember: I love you, and I always will until I die. Please Blumiere, don't provoke your father. I know now what he can do. Please stay alive! I don't care about anything anymore! Please!" There was a small water stain near the end of the note. I knew it was a tear. And I knew I should have done something more that night out under the stars.
I used Father's teleportation magic to get back to the castle quickly. For the first time, I realized that the air around the castle was different. It must have been my father's anger that made the air distorded. Father was waiting for me in the entryway.
"Do you wish to see someone?" he asked. He knew that I knew what he did.
"Timpani! What did you do with her? I must see her!"
"Still your tongue, Blumiere! Can't you see you've been dumped by a dirty human? You have brought shame to my name...and to the entire Tribe of Darknes!" he shouted.
"And so what if I did? That doesn't matter to me! She's my entire world!"
"Well then it will interest you to know...that she no longer resides in this world."
"What... What do you mean by that?!" I demanded. I would not accept the fact that she was gone.
"This is the price those who resist their own fate must pay, my son."
"She... No... It can't be so!"
"Someday you will see, Son. Our kind and humans must never mix."
"Leave me alone!" I screamed. "She can't be gone! She CAN'T!!"
I teleported through countless dimensions. I searched and searched. Hours turned into days which turned into weeks. I had no luck; she was really gone.
I teleported to a dimentions filled with flowers. I sat down in a field. Next to me was a perfect white rose. It reminded me of Timpani, so I picked it and stared at it for some time. Then I remembered a promise I made...
And if I couldn't keep that promise, then they would have to pay the price those who resist their own fate must pay.
*sniff sniff...* this really shows how much blumiere loved timpani... *sob!!!* who am i kidding? this is so sad!!! but i do hav to say that the ending is probably 1 of my best. hope u enjoy. no... in timpani's honor i'll say i wish u will enjoy...
